Douglas Moss serves as President of Legacy Cares, Inc, a 501c3 Corporation that is the owner of Legacy Sports Park a 320 acre Sports and Entertainment facility located in Mesa, Arizona opening in January 2022.

Moss has held numerous executive positions in a career spanning more than 30 years in the Sports and Entertainment industry. He started at Madison Square Garden (MSG) in 1986, as Senior Vice President of Sales for MSG Network where he developed and integrated sales and marketing programs among the various business units at MSG. In 1992, he was named President of MSG Network where he oversaw all areas of operations and management for the network, serving in that capacity for over two years.

In December 1994 he joined the Buffalo Sabres of the National Hockey League. As President and Chief Executive Officer of the Buffalo Sabres, Moss was charged with overseeing all aspects of team operations, including the construction of Marine Midland Arena (now Key Bank Arena).

His background in professional hockey also includes positions with the International Hockey League as league President and as Senior Vice President of Business Operations for the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim then owned by the Walt Disney Corporation.

In 2003, Moss Joined the Phoenix Coyotes as President/COO, where he oversaw the construction of Glendale Arena and for over seven years led all areas of business operations for the team and arena.

Moss was the founder and CEO of MK Solutions Group, a sports and entertainment technology company and for over five years he was a consultant and VP of Sales marketing for Panasonic Enterprise Solutions

Company (PESCO). Most recently, Moss was General Manager of Sports and Entertainment for Planar Systems, Inc where he negotiated a landmark partnership with Lighthouse Technologies, LTD while directing the operations of the division, resulting in numerous project awards in both professional and collegiate sports.
